Service: Dispatch Call. From the moment you call us a live person picks up the phone and transfers you to the supply or service department where your order or request is handled quickly and efficiently. All of our technicians are trained by Canon USA, carry radios and can be contacted immediately.
Service: Technician Call. We stock most of the parts here in our office, as opposed to ordering them next day from Canon. In addition if parts are required a parts messenger will drop off the parts so that the tech can complete the call. It is our goal to complete the call in one visit, which provides a faster up time, and avoids a return call the next day. We guarantee a response within four hours, but our average response is closer to two and a half hours.
