Gail Frank has been a great friend o SalemGlobal, she works with Superior Office Systems.We are an authorized Canon Copier Dealership (since 1967) servicing the Metropolitan NYC area including Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Lower Connecticut, Long Island, and all of New Jersey.
We specialize in the full digital product line including graphics color with the latest efi controllers, business color, and the new hybrid (color and black & white) units; we also provide a variety of software solutions including scanning to e mail (eCopy) and Document Management Solutions (ImageWARE).
Where we differ from other dealers is in the 3 S’s, service, service, service.
Service: Dispatch Call. From the moment you call us a live person picks up the phone and transfers you to the supply or service department where your order or request is handled quickly and efficiently. All of our technicians are trained by Canon USA, carry radios and can be contacted immediately.
Service: Technician Call. We stock most of the parts here in our office, as opposed to ordering them next day from Canon. In addition if parts are required a parts messenger will drop off the parts so that the tech can complete the call. It is our goal to complete the call in one visit, which provides a faster up time, and avoids a return call the next day. We guarantee a response within four hours, but our average response is closer to two and a half hours.
Service: Issues. Less bureaucracy. There are no remote sites or distant management that needs to be consulted for any issue be it billing or service. One or both of the partners (Tim Glover and Eric Wolf) are always available and have the ability to make instantaneous decisions for prompt results.

BNI One-onOne: Erika Pemberton

In the pouring rain after a BNI Chapter meeting, Erika and I had some coffee.
Erika Pemberton is an NCCAOM Diplomate in Oriental Medicine, nationally board certified in acupuncture and Chinese herbology, and licensed to practice in the state of New York.  Additionally, she is trained and certified in the NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) protocol for chemical dependency treatment. She is a member of NADA, and also of the Acupuncture Society of New York.Â
She earned her four-year Master of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (NYC). There, she completed over 3,400 hours in the study of acupuncture, Chinese herbology, eastern nutrition and related therapeutic modalities, with a substantial portion of didactics devoted to western medicine as well. In addition, she completed over 950 hours of clinical training. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Colorado.
Erika values the strengths of both traditional and modern medical practices, and strongly believes in an integrated approach to health and healing.
