These seminars will teach anyone the fundamentals of website marketing with the goal of motivating businesses to start promoting themselves online and professionals how to do it themselves. The SalemGlobal Internet Website Marketing Seminar Series will focus on how to buy strategic domain names, where to host a website, how to write and upload content to a website, develop a linking strategy, conduct keyword research, implement meta data, write articles, construct and distribute interactive press releases, produce online videos (Youtube), use social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), generate leads from Google, Bing and Yahoo local listings and pay per click advertising (PPC).

So it was actually my nephew who clued me in to realize that Kanye West and Jay-Z had a new album out. And then I started hearing some tracks on the radio. Well if each of them sell millions of records and cds on their own, does that mean that two heads are better than one? And the answer is absolutely! So if Kanye and Jay-Z are getting together, so should you. Think about it. Your website might be powerful and get lots of traffic, but if you have special features and links coming from another huge fantastic website, google is going to recognize that and give you credit. Besides new music and the economy and the dow and nasdaq going up and down more than the Yo Yo rides I was at when I visited Six Flags Great Adventure a few weeks ago (where some of the rides made me smile from ear to ear and others just made me nauseous), the only other thing I have of entertaining value this week is this clip that is going around about a geek who proposed to his girlfriend at a Star Trek convention. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jd1Ih8EUmw&feature=player_embedded. Come on John Edwards. You were supposed to be the Caucasian front running candidate for the democrats and it turns out you are a filanderer, adulterer and a money squanderer. SO many better things you can do with your life kids – do NOT use Edwards as an example. I guess you just couldn’t keep it in your pants…
Which brings us to our own New York Anthony Weiner who not only can’t keep it in his pants – but has to send it out over twitter to women all over the country. I mean – seriously. We live in a very connected and social media run world. Take a picture of your privates and expect everyone to see it. EZpass and GPS know where you are at all times. You have to work with what we have. There are plenty of advantages and disadvantages to the wired world we live in. But that doesn’t put you above the law like Steven Segal. It just makes you think twice.
