Meeks (D-NY) is featuring a resume clinic with Career Experts, Lainie Bennett and Joanne Ognibene of Millennium Personnel (www.MPC-NYC.com) during his Federal Job Fair at York College on Friday, June 11, at 10:00AM.
The resume clinic will provide expert advice on improving resumes, customization, networking and feedback on making a great first impression in an interview.

Federal Job Fair attendees will have the opportunity to participate in workshops that will provide information and resources designed to improve job-seeking skills. Congressman Meeks will lead a workshop on Life Experiences and Transferable Skills. AARP will present a workshop on Rejoining the Workforce After Retirement.
The event is free and open to the public, attendees are asked to bring resumes and to dress professionally.

We had a blast at last Wednesday’s New York Xpo for Business. The people! The energy! The free swag! SalemGlobal’s booth kept busy from morning to the late afternoon with people who were eager to learn more about marketing and optimizing their websites. So many business cards, so little time….
Raphi’s seminar was a terrific success.
