I placed a few retail food stores I will list their deals as follows:

• Yummi Sushi-at 875 3rd ave food court—10 year term—-800 square feet rent is 4K per month
• Booster Juice-an upscale all natural juice bar-in the Rockefeller Lower Concourse Mall - they took 500 square feet at 10K per month on a 7 year term
• I placed a 5000 square foot office tenant at 15 W 36th st on the entire 3rd floor-rent is $32 psf-5 yr term
