Mr. Shkury was born and raised in Israel, where he served as a Lieutenant in the Israeli Army. He came to the United States in 1999 to further his education, which includes an MBA in finance from The Wharton School of Business and a Master’s degree in International Studies from The Lauder Institute, both within The University of Pennsylvania.
